(1) While publishing a programme for collecting and Updating the names of voters pursuant to Rule 3, the Commission shall also publish a programme for collecting temporary Electoral Rolls.
(2) After the publication of the programme pursuant to Sub-rule (1), the Chief Name Registration Officer shall post a programme on collecting names of temporary voters in the District Election Office, in the format as referred to in Schedule-1.
(3) A recognizance deed on the posting of the programme by the Chief Name Registration Officer pursuant to Sub-rule (2) shall be prepared in the format as referred to in Schedule-2.
